Certificate of Destruction
Asset Management and Disposal provides both a Certificate of Destruction, and an affidavit of destruction letter. The certification states that all items and equipment received for destruction were destroyed in compliance with Federal, State, County and Local regulations under our EPA license.
An affidavit of destruction letter is prepared with the signatures of two witnesses who observed destruction, the signatures are notarized. This letter is normally accompanied with many photographs showing the destruction of the equipment.
